Thank you for your interest in our re-enactment event celebrating the 143^rd anniversary of the Battle of Brices Crossroads.

Regrettably, this year's reenactment has been cancelled because the battlefield commission has recently received a large grant that will impact our ability to host a large reenactment.

With notification of this award, which will include expansion of the visitor's Center to interpret the Battle of Harrisburg, additional acreage purchased and interpreted at the battlefield sites, and additional signage, we must concentrate on completion by the deadline.

This new construction and acquisition will enhance visitors experience here at Brice's Crossroads and we look forward to its completion.

 

Please plan to join us for the 145^th anniversary event in June, 2009. It will be bigger and better than before.
